He was born in Beypazarı, Ankara in 1946. He graduated from the Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences in Ankara. He started to work as an Income Controller in the Ministry of Finance. He had stayed at this post till 1978. In 1978 he departed from his job willingly, and established Uzman Independent Audit Firm to conduct Independent Audit in 1989. The name of the cited firm has been changed as Uzman CPA and Audit Firm in 1991. He still continues to work as a CPA and the chairman of the board in Uzman CPA and Audit Firm and in the partnership named Uzman CPA Atilla Selçuk and Co. |

He was born in 7 July, 1961 in Ankara.
In 1982, he graduated from Faculty of Economics and Administrative
Sciences (Bachelor degree) and English Department in Institute of Foreign
Languages (three years program). He was assigned as Intern Income
Controller with the exam conducted by the Ministry of Finance in January
1984. Then, he was assigned to the post of Income controller with his
success in Competency Exam, 1987. He received Master’s Certificate by the
completion of 6 month-education in European Community Research and
Implementation Center (ECRIC), conducted in 1987 and 1988. In December 1989, he was sent by the Ministry of Finance to USA to take Master’s degree on Economics. He came back to the homeland in January 1992, after taking his Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University from 1990 to 1991. After his return, he continued to stay in his post as an Income Controller. In June 1992, he was assigned as a Vice President, in Income Controllership Education Group. In 1994 he obtained Income Head Controller title. He continued to work in this position until February 1995.
In May 1995, he left the organization by resigning from his job. Since then, he has been working as partner and CPA in Uzman CPA and Audit Firm. In 2004, he has also received Insurance Independent Audit certificate by his successful completion of the Insurance Independent Audit Course conducted by Treasury Undersecretary and TURMOB collectively.

I was born in Ankara 20.01.1965. I have graduated from Department of Economics, Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University, Turkey. I've been successful en qualification examination of Turkish Ministry of Finance and enrolled into the post of Revenues Inspector Intern. Following by 6-month military service in 1991, I've been assigned as Revenues Inspector. In 1992, I resigned from my post of Revenues Inspector and started to work for "Uzman Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Denetim A.Ş.", a consulting company for financial auditing as the auditor. In 1997, I resigned my post as the auditor and worked for Financial Affairs Department of the affiliated private sector established by ex-company, i.e., Uzman Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Denetim A.Ş. Finally, I've been qualified as Certified Financial Consultant in 2000 and now I work freelance certified financial consultant since then. |

He performed his duty in the army in 1995 after he had worked for Gureli CPA and Audit firm from 1994 to 1995. He has been awarded his IPAFA (Independent Public Accountant and Financial Advisor) certificate during his employment with Pur CPA and Audit firm. He has joined UHY-Uzman Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Independent Audit family in June 1, 2000, and continues to work in our company as an auditor since then.
