• Capital Increase and decrease and Share Assignment transactions,
• Mergers and Splitting (Full- partial) transactions,
• Foundation and Liquidation transactions,
• Share Exchange Transactions,
• Registration with Trade Register and Tax office, obtainment of tax number and applications with the Social Security Institution for the employees,
• Obtainment of residence permits for foreigners and other relevant- required transactions,
• Foundation of the liaison offices for foreign companies, to obtain the required permits therefore, and the services to be provided for such offices.
